Acceptable Accommodation

suitable location helpful staff small kitchenette adjustable thermostat missing phone slamming doors
The hotel's location proved suitable for exploring the area. The staff were helpful in providing directions. The room featured a small kitchenette, including a fridge.
The thermostat was not adjustable within the room. Each time i wanted to change it, i had to contact the front desk. Fire doors and bedroom doors slammed loudly throughout the night.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks

studio room little kitchen friendly noisy hotel early morning noise unprofessional
I had a studio. It had a little kitchen. This is great when you are away from home. I didn't want to eat out all the time (especially since i was alone). The staff members were super friendly. They seemed to enjoy their work.
The hotel was very noisy. Around 9am they were banging in the linen room. They were also hoovering outside. It was unprofessional and they did not consider people may still be asleep.
